Start here with Happy AF

Many have asked and I realize I never completely explained the full meaning of Happy AF.

Happy AF does not mean you’re happy all the time. Nor does it mean people who suffer from depression can choose to be happy.

AF” stands for Authentic Figment, which means embracing one’s true self and recognizing that life is a journey that is uniquely tailored to each individual. Being happy “AF” means accepting yourself as you are, embracing your strengths and weaknesses, and living a life that is authentic and true to you.

Living life as “AF” means being comfortable with being different and understanding that we are all unique in our own ways. It means recognizing that we are all figments of our own imagination, and that our perceptions and experiences of the world are shaped by our individual beliefs, values, and experiences.

The journey towards living life as “AF” begins with self-reflection and self-awareness. This means taking the time to understand who you are, what you value, and what brings you joy. It also means acknowledging your fears and insecurities, and working towards overcoming them.

Doing this will help you live a life that is truly Happy AF, just as it has helped me live my life Happy AF.
